Shafqat is currently the CEO and Director of his company S Dad Homes where he refurbishes and builds new homes and apartments as well as hotels and serviced apartments throughout High Wycombe. Becoming one of the most luxury house builders took a massive amount of time and effort which never discouraged Shafqat Dad. His use of high-quality materials, quality designs, and top-quality contractors has continuously kept him several steps ahead of his competition. Mr. Dad’s use of local experts is another way in which Shafqat repeatedly gives back to his community. Shafqat’s passion for real estate appeared at a young age and has never faltered since. Mr. Dad bought his first rental property at the age of 18 and has propelled his career forward at a rapid pace and is showing no signs of stopping. After qualifying as a Chartered Management Accountant he is able to handle all aspects of his future businesses. During this time, Mr. Dad worked for a number of companies as an accountant while diligently building out a property portfolio. In 2003, Shafqat took the leap and opened his own business. The rest is history. Shafqat Dad doesn’t run his business just for profit; he is a self-made entrepreneur because he possesses a genuine passion for the industry. Mr. Dad frequently looks forward to refurbishing unloved properties and transforming them into a place his tenants and purchases can call home. In his spare time, Shafqat is a self-described car enthusiast with a particularly keen interest in rare Porsches. Each bank holiday in August, Mr. Dad treats himself by attending the Wendover Arms Hotel car festival to fuel his interests.
